01 · Understand the work
We begin with the people closest to the workflow. What happens today? Where does information get lost? Which exceptions make the process difficult? Discovery should produce a shared problem statement, a view of the systems involved, and a sensible definition of success.
02 · Choose a useful first step
A focused implementation makes assumptions easier to test. We agree the scope, information boundaries, evaluation approach, and responsibilities before choosing tools. The first milestone should teach us something useful, not just demonstrate a technology.
03 · Build with your team
Design, engineering, and operational decisions need regular feedback. We make the work visible, document important choices, and test with the people who will use or support the solution.
04 · Plan for everyday operation
A working demonstration is not the finish line. Integration, access, monitoring, support ownership, recovery, and training all need attention. We plan the handover so the solution has a practical home in your organization.
What a first conversation can cover
- The workflow or business outcome you want to improve.
- The systems and data involved, without sharing sensitive records.
- Your team’s constraints, timing, and existing commitments.
- What a useful discovery or first implementation would look like.
